30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all items purchased directly from our online store. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Return: Once your order has been processed, cancellations are not possible. To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included, showing no signs of use.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must have been purchased directly from our website.
  • Returns for incorrect orders require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please submit return requests via email at [email protected]. Return requests made through phone calls or chats will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be received within 15 business days after receiving authorization.
  • Opened or used pool chemicals and other consumables are not eligible for a refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Additionally, the customer must ensure that the returned items are adequately insured during shipping, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during the return process.

Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items made specifically for you.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 2 business days of delivery.

Return Process: Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  • Email us your return request details.
  • We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Ship the item back with the RMA label to the address we provide.
  • Please do not send returns to the corporate address listed on our website.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the customer must ensure the returned items are properly insured during transit. We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items during the shipping process.
